A. It takes preparation to maintain or improve a level of play.  Golfers often rely on one component or tool, their equipment with which to build their game.  A
Golf Specific Fitness plan will lessen the reliance of just
one component. A sort of 15th club in the bag.
 
Q # 2.  What is a Golf Fitness Plan? and, How do I begin? 
 
A. Golf Fitness planning starts with identifying any physical limitations that may prevent you from properly and efficiently using your equipment.  We will identify any golf specific limitations by using a tour proven evaluation established by the Titleist Performance Institute program.  
 
Q # 3.  Why should I begin Golf Fitness now rather than later or not at all?
 
A. It does take some time to evaluate all the possible issues associated with Golf improvements or preventative care.  Evaluations, corrections and adjusting fitness plans are on going as your fitness levels improve or injuries that may have occurred.  Starting soon minimizes the risks of injuring causing, game destroying bad habits and poor body mechanics.  The rewards?  A better, healthier and longer lasting golf enjoyment.
